Return Policy

1.   Unopened spirits may be returned for a full refund. Unless the item was special ordered.

2.   No Beer Returns Permitted.

3.   All sales are final on wines and sakes and they may NOT be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.

4.   Defective wines and sakés may be exchanged for items of equal or greater value. No empty bottles will be accepted.

If You Bought Too Much for An Event

To make event planning easier, Stockton Fine Wines accepts returns on unopened bottles of non-special-order spirits. If you have spirits left over after an event, you may return them, along with your original sales receipt, for a full refund within 8 days of purchase.

*We believe that proper storage is crucial to the quality of wines and sakés, and since we cannot control how items are stored after they leave our store, we do not issue refunds, credits or exchanges for wines or sakés.*

If You Bought a Defective Item

Stockton Fine Wines stands behind all the wines and sakés we sell. If you open a bottle and find that it is defective, we will gladly exchange it for a bottle of equal or greater value. NO EMPTY BOTTLES WILL BE ACCEPTED. If you exchange an item for one of greater value, you will be asked to provide the retail price difference, along with any applicable taxes, at the time of the exchange. We do not issue store credit.
